FLU CLINICS

This year we are running 'walk in clinics' (no need to book) to immunise our eligible registered patients against Flu.

If you are over 65 OR in one of the at risk groups, you are entitled to free Flu immunisation from the NHS.

Our next 2 clinics are:

Saturday 8th November at Chobham and Saturday 15th November at West End.

Doors open at 8 a.m. - last immunisation at 10.30 a.m.

Welcome to the Chobham and West End Medical practice. The practice consists of seven doctors and a supporting primary care team working from two surgeries. The main surgery is in Windsor Road, Chobham and the branch surgery is in Lucas Green Road, West End

Friends and Family Test

The Department of Health have now added the requirement for a 'Friends and Family Test' into the GP contract. This test has been running succesfully in the local hospital trusts for a while.We will be grateful if you follow the link and rate us on your recent experiences when dealing with us - Thank you.
